In this workout, we will be performing 7 different bicep exercises. The first set will be 12 reps at the lightest weight. In the second set we will increase the weight for 8 reps. In the third set we will increase the weight for 6 reps, then immediately decrease the weight for another 6 reps. We will then rest for 30 seconds between each set…..LET’S GET STARTED!
