BURN PHASE - WEEKS 1-4
In the BURN phase you will focus on total body fat loss and building lean muscle with high-intensity interval workouts.
Each daily workout is approximately 45 minutes and will burn up to 750 calories.

In the BUILD phase you will focus on total body strength training. You will perform progressive sets and drop sets to increase muscle development. Each daily workout is approximately 30 minutes.
